After receiving your enrolment form, we will check if there are places
available for the course and for the accommodation of your choise.
Afterwards our secretary’s office will send you a request of payment
for the deposit. On receipt of the payement for the deposit, we will send
you a letter enclosing the confirmation of the course, the reservation
of the accomodation and all the information to reach the school.
CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be sent to the School
by post or by fax. On receipt of a cancellation 17 or fewer days
prior to the commencement of the course, there will be a refund of 50%
(50% will be retained to cover Bank charges, taxes, etc.). Alternatively,
the 100% deposit could be used for another course at a later date, including
the following year. In the event of curtailment of a course already begun,
there will be no refund either for the course or for reserved flat accommodation. |
